Mitch Lash is the founder of Jan Lee Detective Agency, a full-service risk mitigation firm with a long track record of providing custom security services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, and dignitaries. For years, that work meant managing high-stakes situations with absolute discretion, professionalism, and precision — because the people being protected demanded nothing less.
That background in executive protection and threat management gave Mitch a unique lens on a problem he kept seeing closer to home: behavioral health patients being transported without the safety protocols, trained staff, or dignified care they deserved. The gap was clear. The solution was obvious.
